Board of Directors

Sean is a Corporate Account Director who works with health care plans to help
shape medical policy and gain covered access for patients with rare life altering
conditions. Working in the biopharmaceutical field, he is a biotechnological expert
in national and regional account management. Sean holds a BS in political science
from the University of Missouri and has been on The Remnant Trust board for five
years.

Julia is a former employee of the National Gallery of Art as well as
the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. She earned her
Masters in the Fine and Decorative Arts from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London
and has been a member of the board for three years.

Robert is a criminal and civil attorney. His interest in the ideas and purpose of The
Remnant Trust were sparked from his experience with a political science class at
Indiana University where he received his BA in Political Science. He is a graduate
of the University of Washington School of Law and has been a Remnant Trust
board member for over 20 years, serving as Secretary until February 2022.

John is a 1984 graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and began
practicing emergency medicine in 1987 at Community Hospitals of Indiana, where
he served in many leadership roles. As a second career, Brig. Gen. McGoff retired
after 34 years of service in the Indiana Air National Guard, including serving as the
Chief of Emergency Services at the 332nd EMDG, Joint Base Balad, Iraq. He is a
graduate of the Air War College, and his decorations include the Distinguished
Service Medal and Legion of Merit. In 2017, he was appointed by the President to
serve as a Commissioner on the American Battle Monument Commission
overseeing all United States cemeteries and monuments worldwide, serving
through 2020. John is a life-long learner and completed his MBA from the Heller
School at Brandeis University in the spring of 2022.

Bill is President, Reid-Holcomb Company (sold and serviced mining and
construction equipment). He now owns Phase I Environmental Engineering
(environmentally inspects, tests, and remediates properties). In his words “I have
been interested in and followed The Remnant Trust since it established a location
in New Albany and am interested in seeing it perpetuated”. Bill has been on The
Remnant Trust board since February 1, 2022.

Rick served as RGI Chairman of the Board of the Rogers Group, Inc. for eighteen
years and is now Chairman Emeritus of the RGI Board for the past twelve years to
date. He also served as a Board member of Old National Bank for thirty-four years
and as a Board member of Vectren for twenty-six years. He has been a Remnant
Trust Board member since inception.

Michael is a Director of Advanced Analytics at Eli Lilly and Company. Previously
he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at
the University of New Mexico. He holds a PhD and MS in Statistics from the Ohio
State University and a BS in Mathematics from IPFW.  He has served on The
Remnant Trust board for 10 years.
